New moons as always path the way for new ideas and new beginnings. I will be adding to my Alter, a few tarot cards that represent my intention. As it is in Capricorn , this is my first house, I will be focusing on work and appearance within that
There is also a partial solar eclipse in Capricorn which outs the emphasis on being prepared and working hard. With the New moon together, this may be a harder time than usual. As a darker moon, when its New, it may feel a little stronger with the influences and a longer time frame.
Capricorn is ruled by Saturn, the task master, the boss, the rules and restrictions, deadlines and limits. This can make us feel impatient, pressure, touchy and irritated. As all New Moons new ideas, new seeds to be planted, new ways or doing things all start to bubble away, but under Saturn’s influence we may also be looking back over the past and what no longer worked for us. Then rebuild a stronger foundation. So this new moon sees us looking at the old ways and healing or nurturing them in order to plant well with the new seeds.
A Capricorn Moon can make people appear very cool emotionally, a little reserved or negative. They remind us to take things serious but also to open our heart from our fears off inadequacies and be loving accepted.
