New moon in Virgo
What does this magical New moon bring to you!
Its no suprise to me, after the playful Leo energy of late, now, that the last few days I have been getting on top of many outstanding work projects and finalising the last few odd jobs at home. As a Taurus, I am finding this new moon lush and comfy!
This new moon is referred to as a black moon and a super moon – black moons are when you get two new moons in a month and it’s called a supermoon due to it’s proximity to the earth.
Virgos energy brings things in order – follows a logical and practical pathway. Taurus, Capricorn and Virgo will find this particularly comfy
Earth signs are grounded, practical and realistic. This helps us to get a lot of important things done, if this takes you a while longer than some, dont forget after the leo season, there is much grounding needed.
As we know, New Moons are times of new beginnings. Virgo is the sign of the harvest. This is an especially ‘manifesting’ New Moon, thanks to positive aspects to the other Earth signs.
Virgo is the neat and tidy astrological sign – the ones who are perfectionist, and like tobe organised with their dealings as a rule. Its no suprise then that new moons energy features those influences.
September for me is like a new year, so its a great time to take a good hard look at where you are in life right now. What areas need more attention to reach their highest potential. Thinkabout whats working for you and what isnt – who you want in your life and who you dont.
Connected to being of service and helping others, you may be more inclined to want to work in helping those less fortunate than yourself. Changing your carerr that supports healers
Virgos are keen to form habbits, this is a great time to think about new health regimes, not quick fix faddy diets but form foundations to support a new way of healthy living
Virgo connects to the hermit Tarot card. Reflecting and taking his time to decide what and where he wants to put his next lot of energy. Taking time to think deeply about making practical choices
The Hermit card talks about reflection,looking within or looking back in the past, seeing situations that you have over come or where there is introspection needed. Looking within for answers. A time to do meditation and taking a step back to reflect and be true to all
When the hermit cards comes up in reading, it is saying the time has come for a quiet period. It can be a very spiritual card, with deep inner knowing and meditation to gain more clarification. Self discovery and realisation. Retreats, spas, breaks away, anythings that takes you out from the usual situations What ever is going on around you right now, you may want to withdraw and be alone until you work things out in more clearer way.
Working alone, journeying alone, doing things for your own inner growth and soul searching. This is not the best card for partnerships or team work. Rather find yourself first then reach out to others.
The Hermit card appears when you in need of a new direction,as he looks back into the star trapped in the lantern, he has a chance to re think, contemplate what he wishes for, all his hopes and dreams that have been locked up, now is a time to think about releasing them , allowing his star to be free and shine. Priorities may now change, as you go in a new direction but your true spiritual self evolving and those hopes and dreams can start to become reality. .
On my Alter I will have some crystals ,citrine, smokey quartz and emerald are lovely to work with for Virgo. I will have my to do list of important things to complete, I will have the virgo card along with a success card, knowing my new desires will become fruitful ones – as always I will add a few personnel items.
